It is suitable for the extrusion of fluorine plastics such as FEP(polyfluoroethylene propylene,also known as F46),FPA(oxidized alkoxyethylene resin) and ETFE(also known as F40).
Equipment composition
Screw barrel:Alluse new No.3 steel GH113(withthe US GDA material)corrosion resistance and hightemperature resistance.
Machine head:Special auto-centering head or adjustablehead made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel.38CrMoAIA alloysteel; Heating system:Adopt high temperature resistant copperalloy heater.
Quality control:Equipped with outer diameter detectionfeedback device to control the outer diameter,processparameters such as outer diameter and concentricity ofthe product are controlled throughout the process.
Electronic control:Imported frequency converter andPLC touch screen control.
